DIY Vase Makeover

Does anyone else have a lot of vases? If you’re like me, you may have a collection of many vases of different shapes and sizes that have found their way into your storage over the years. The other day, I thought I could update them to fit my decor and give a more modern feel to. So, I grabbed all the vases with the most potential and picked out the vases with the best shapes and textures. If you don’t have any vases at home, check out your Grandparent’s basement, your local Goodwill, or as in my case, a few of these came from Dollar Tree.

First, I took the vases and washed them. Once dried, I picked out three neutral-colored spray paint to use.

Purchased these three at Lowe’s

I then laid cardboard down and started to paint each piece individually. This spray paint is terrific because it’s a primer and paint in one.

I love how the vases turned out, and I can now easily incorporate them into my home!
